A. GEROLIMATOS S.A. was founded in 1971. It specializes in the production and trading of metal security roller shutters and garage doors for residential, professional and industrial use.
Facilities
The manufacturing plant facilities are housed in three modern buildings with a total floor area of 6.500 m2 (roofed spaces) and yearly production capacity of 45.000 m2.
Production lines
Six separate production lines, depending on the profile.
Complete sheet cutting and forming equipment.
Automatic electrostatic painting shop.
Machine shop for specialized large structures.
F100 - F140 insulated profiles
Insulated profiles made of pre-painted aluminum panel or steel.
They combine high strength and security standards, low noise during operation, thermal insulation, sound insulation and perfect finishing.
Applications
GA60 PYROL: Metal fire safety roller shutters made of special steel profile with hollow cross section profile.
G30 PERFORATED: Roller shutter made of galvanized steel profile with hollow cross section 80mm wide and 1mm thick.
G40 PERFORATED: Roller shutter made of galvanized steel profile 115mm wide and 1mm thick.
F100: Insulated roller shutter, made of pre-painted aluminium panel, 0,5mm thick and 100mm wide.
F120: Insulated roller shutter, made of galvanized steel panel, 0,5mm to 1,5 thick and 120mm wide.
F140: Insulated roller shutter, made of galvanized steel panel, 0,5mm thick and 140mm wide.
G70 TWIN: Roller shutter made of twin wall galvanized steel profile width 115mm.
GA50: Roller shutter made of extruded aluminum profile, 1,5 thick.
GROL: Roller shutter made of special, high standard polycarbonate material with high transparency.
GRILLE SHUTTERS: Manufactured of galvanized steel rods, cross section 8mm.
G20: Roller shutter made of galvanized steel 115mm wide.
G30: Roller shutter made of galvanized steel with hollow and reinforced 80mm wide profile.
